Our Cancellation Policy

• Cancellations Within 24 Hours

  • Cancellations made within 24 hours of your scheduled appointment will incur a fee of 50% of the consultation cost.

• Rescheduling Policy

  • Rescheduling requests made at least 24 hours in advance are welcome and subject to my approval. No fees will apply if rescheduling is completed within this timeframe.

• No-Shows

  • If you do not attend your appointment and fail to provide notice, the full consultation fee will be charged.
